Who we are

ReoBites (“we”, “us”) is a home-based dumpling kitchen operating in Malir, Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at raomehrunnissah@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 713 908 022.

What we collect

When you place an order or message us, we may collect:

• Your name, so we know who the order is for.
• Your phone number (your WhatsApp number), so we can confirm and coordinate delivery.
• Your delivery address within Malir and nearby areas.
• Your order details (items, quantity, any notes).

What we do NOT collect

We do not take online payments on this website, so we never collect or store any card, bank, or other financial details here. We do not ask for your CNIC, date of birth, or any sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• Prepare, confirm, and deliver your order.
• Contact you about that order (for example, if an item has sold out).
• Let you know when a sold-out item is back, if you have asked us to.
• Keep simple records of orders to run our small kitchen.

Ordering through WhatsApp

Orders are placed through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. When you message us, your chat is handled inside WhatsApp and is also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We only see the messages you send us.

We also share updates on Instagram (@rao_maherunisa). Following us is entirely your choice.

This website

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your light/dark theme preference (saved locally on your device as “reobites-theme”), which never leaves your browser.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share an address or phone number with a delivery rider when it is needed to bring your order to you.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your contact and order details only as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and keep basic records. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Children

ReoBites is meant for adults placing food orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

As the kitchen grows, we may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will always tell you when it last changed.
